1. Promotion: The Promotion is the “NSW Ambulance Summit Prize Draw”. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of eligibility.

3. Eligibility: Entry into this Promotion is only open to an individual who (“Eligible Entrant”):
   1. is aged 18 years or older at the time of entry:
   2. is not a director, manager, or employee (or an immediate family member) of the Promoter or its related companies or agencies associated with this Promotion; and
   3. is not a person conducting the Promotion including any person who determines who is to win a prize in the Promotion.
4. Entry: The Promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on 12/08/2025 and entries close at 3:00pm AEST on 12/08/2025 (“Promotion Period”). To enter, the Eligible Entrant must scan the QR code and complete the entry form online with their contact details (mobile number and email address required) during the Promotion Period. Limit of one entry per person.
5. Prize and Winning: The random prize draw will occur at 3:30pm AEST on 12/08/2025 at the NSW Ambulance Summit, International Convention Centre (ICC), Darling Harbour, Sydney,
6. 14 Darling Drive, Sydney NSW 2000. There are two prizes to be won. First prize is a $300 Prezzee E-gift Card. Second prize is $100 Prezzee E-gift Card. The total Prize Pool value is $400. A bonus prize cannot be won in this Promotion. There are only two prizes to be won.
7. Prizes will be available to collect in person at the G&C Mutual Back stand or emailed to the prize winners nominated email address provided.
8. Prize Conditions: The winners will be notified by phone or in writing within two (2) business days of the draw. The winners will have their names published on the Promoters Facebook or website page: @G&CMutualBank or gcmutual.bank on 14/08/2025. The prize is non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash.
9. If the prize is unclaimed or unawarded then a redraw will be conducted at 12:00 pm AEST on 12/11/2025 at G&C Mutual Bank, Level 25, 201 Elizabeth St, Sydney NSW 2000. If winners are drawn, they will be contacted by phone or in writing within two (2) business days and will have their names published on the Promoters Facebook page or website page: @G&CMutualBank or gcmutual.bank on 14/11/2025.
10. The winners agree to participate in all promotional activity (including publicity and photography) in relation to the Promotion. The winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photographs, film and/or video) in promotional material in any media platform at any time without notification or compensation, financial or otherwise.
11. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information to conduct the Promotion and provide its services. It is a condition of this offer that this information is provided.
