Kylie-Jane has 20 years of marketing and communications experience spanning the technology, financial services, and professional services industries, having previously worked on the development and implementation of marketing strategy and key digital projects for a number of brands including QBE Insurance, Marsh, MetLife, KPMG and Rest Industry Super.
Kylie-Jane has led a variety of disciplines at Unity Bank (formerly G&C Mutual Bank) including marketing, digital and product, introducing a variety of new digital initiatives, acquisition channels, and award-winning product enhancements. Kylie-Jane previously held the role of Executive Manager – Marketing, Digital & ESG, leading the development of the organisation’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy. As General Manager – Impact & Sustainability, Kylie-Jane will focus on the creation of mutual value and positive impact for our members, people, communities, environment and stakeholders, as part of our commitment to using finance to deliver sustainable economic, social and environmental development. |
