Increasingly, our members are relying on convenient digital options to perform everyday functions, and their banking is no exception. Whether it is transferring money, paying a bill, or viewing a statement - being able to manage your money, your way is important.


We are always looking at ways to improve the services we offer our members and are pleased to advise of updates to our digital channels. These will be rolled out in the coming months and include feature enhancements and a new, responsive design for Online Banking.

  • Increased security features - including SMS One Time Password (OTP) on login and greater password control facilities.
  • Improved design - modern and simplified visual layout providing easier navigation
  • Improved mobile experience - responsive design so you can manage your money using your device of choice, replacing our Mobile Banking micro-site.
  • Enhanced functionality - new services available via Online Banking and Mobile App.
