Sean C, Critical Care Paramedic
Congratulations to Sean C, the NSW Ambulance Employee of the Month for February 2025.
Joining NSW Ambulance in 2004, Sean started out in ambulance rescue and special operations and has trained over the years to become both an intensive care paramedic and the critical care paramedic he is today.
Sean has been the technical and operational representative for a project that has seen all NSW Ambulance Rescue helicopters across the state implement a new radio communications system. The system allows the medical team to have wireless intercom communications with the aircraft, including during winching - which improves safety and reduces workload around communications.

Congratulations to Melissa Y, the NSW Ambulance Employee of the Month for March 2025.
Melissa consistently works above and beyond the requirements of her role, bringing forward innovative ideas and putting them into action. Her work on streamlining systems and services across the organisation has resulted in an improved performance against KPIs and boosted her unit’s overall performance.
Melissa has played a pivotal and passionate role in improving the way consumer feedback is managed across NSW Ambulance.
