Members are advised of upcoming scheduled maintenance impacting availability of Online PIN Change and eftpos transactions.

 

Following the launch of our upgraded Mobile App late in 2022, we are currently working to deliver additional digital enhancements for our members. The implementation of these services require scheduled maintenance to be undertaken. As a result, please note that:

 

Online PIN Change will be unavailable between 10 and 13 February 2023 in Online Banking and our Mobile App.

 

eftpos transactions will be unavailable between 1:30am and 3:30am on the morning of 13 February 2023.

 

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Members are reminded that they can continue to access their accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via Online Banking, Mobile App or Phone Banking.
