The COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, and the health and safety of our members, staff and the community are our priority. In line with the NSW Government COVID-19 Public Health Order and lockdown extension, we will be temporarily closing our Sydney Service Centre from Friday 16 July and our Parramatta Service Centre from Monday 19 July until further notice.


Members can access their accounts securely 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via Online Banking, Mobile App or Phone Banking to manage their banking from home.


Please be assured that we will continue to support you during this difficult time. Our Member Service team is available on 1300 364 400 (8.00am–6.00pm, weekdays).


G&C Mutual Bank’s other Service Centres in NSW and VIC will be operating as per their usual business hours.
