G&C Mutual Bank members can make real time payments using the New Payments Platform (NPP), including PayID and Osko by BPAY. This means you can make and receive payments in real time, 24/7 through Online Banking and our Mobile App.

The New Payments Platform is a new payments infrastructure, giving consumers, businesses and government departments a platform to make fast payments.

PayID is the NPP addressing service. It allows members to link their G&C Mutual Bank accounts to a recognisable and memorable piece of information such as your mobile phone number, email address or ABN, meaning you no longer need to remember or share your BSB and account number.

Osko® by BPAY is a fast payment service allowing members to make and receive real time payments, even with other participating financial institutions. It can be used with a BSB and account number or with a PayID.

  • Faster payments - PayID is designed to make life just that little bit simpler and will work seamlessly with Osko® by BPAY. You will be able to make and receive payments faster than ever before, 24/7 through Online Banking and our Mobile App.
  • Pay the right person - When you use a PayID with a service like Osko®, the name of the person who owns that PayID is shown immediately before you approve the payment - all you have to do is simply confirm it's the right person.
  • Keeping member's details private - PayID means that you don't have to share your BSB and account number, so you can keep them private.

Register for a PayID through Online Banking or our Mobile App. Before you register for a PayID, please ensure that your mobile phone number and email address are correct, as these will be linked to your financial account.

  • Fast payments - Osko® means payments between different banks go through in under a minute, 24/7 – even on weekends. It's a great way for friends to split the bill at lunch, transfer money to a family member or pay a tradesman at home.
  • Simple - you can use a PayID (mobile number, email address or ABN) so you don’t need to remember remember or share your BSB and account number. But you still have the option of using BSB and account details, if you prefer.
  • Payment description: You can use up to 280 characters of text to better describe your payment (including emojis).
