Our commitment to you has always been a priority. Here are some ways we could help with your banking needs.

1. Managing your banking anywhere at any time

Being able to do your banking from any location and at any time could be useful. Whether you are doing the shopping, or you are out to dinner with friends and may need to transfer money quickly, our Mobile App is an option that provides flexibility to manage your money on your smartphone, on the go.

  • Check your account balances
  • Pay a bill
  • Transfer funds or make and receive real-time payments using Osko and PayID
  • Lock/unlock cards and change your card's PIN*

We are working on the next generation of the Mobile App to improve your banking experience. Stay tuned for an announcement of the release date.

Other banking services available from home include Online Banking. Much like the Mobile App, you can transfer money, pay bills, view account balances, and set a PIN for your cards. You can also view your eStatements, or even open a Term Deposit. For added security, we have SMS One Time Password*, which provides two-factor authentication for certain transactions, such as transferring money to new payees.

2. Home Loans

Owning a home is a long acknowledged part of ‘the great Australian dream’, and we are pleased to have helped many members own a home or an investment property. We offer award-winning home loans and assistance for:

  • First home buyers
  • Refinancers
  • Property investors
  • Retirees

Find out about our range of award-winning home loans that suit your needs!

3. Digital application forms

You may not need to complete paper applications for our home loans, credit cards, car loans or personal loans, as we have convenient application forms available online. Best of all, if you don't complete the form at the time you start the process, you can save your progress and resume the application at a time that suits you.

If you are unsure how to complete the form, just contact us and we can help you along the way.

4. We can come to you
