Where possible, we are in the process of contacting affected members by phone. To expedite the process, we are also reaching out by SMS and directing affected members to contact us on 1300 364 400 so that we can assist them with a replacement card. Please disregard the SMS if one of our team has already been in contact with you by phone to discuss this matter.


Rest assured, there is no impact to G&C Mutual Bank’s systems. This unusual activity has only been detected on a small number of cards with respect to a specific merchant. Our security controls remain in place and our team is closely monitoring the situation.
