Instead of waiting to receive paper statements in the mail, why not register for free eStatements and receive your statement via our secure Online Banking?

  • Sign into Online Banking
  • Visit the Services tab and select Online Statements
  • Select eStatement as your preferred delivery preference, and enter your email address
  • Click 'Finish' located in the bottom right-hand corner

It is important to keep your email address current to ensure we can notify you when your eStatements are available. You can update your email address yourself by logging into your Online Banking account and following the simple steps below:

  1. Sign in to your Online Banking account.
  2. Click on Online Statements under Services
  3. Please wait for the window to load
  4. Click on "My Profile>Delivery Method"
  5. Enter your new email address in the Email Address field and press Apply & then close the window.

 

Remember, you will also need to update your email address in Online Banking too. Follow the simple steps listed below:

  1. Sign in to your Online Banking account.
  2. Click the 'Maintenance' tab from the top navigation bar.
  3. Select ' Update Details' button. Then select 'Contact Details' tab.
  4. Update your email address in the Email Address field and press Update.
