• Log in to Online Banking.
• Click the Services tab and select Online Statements.
• Select eStatement as your preferred delivery preference and enter your email address.
• Click Finish, which is located in the bottom right-hand corner.

It is important to keep your email address current to ensure we can notify you when your eStatements are available. If your email address needs to be amended, please contact us on 1300 364 400 (9.00am - 5.00pm weekdays).

If you need to update your email address in Online Banking, please follow the simple steps below:

1. Log in to Online Banking.
2. Click the Maintenance tab on the top navigation bar.
3. Click the Update Details button, then select the Contact Details tab.
4. Update your email address in the Email Address field and click Update.
