A. You can now register for eStatements online via your Online Banking Site. Follow these simple steps below to register for eStatements:

  • Sign into Online Banking (if you are not registered for Online Banking, please click here)
  • Visit the Services tab and select Online Statements
  • Select eStatement as your preferred delivery preference, and enter your email address
  • Click 'Apply' located in the bottom right-hand corner

A. To receive your eStatement, you log onto G&C Mutual Bank Online Banking, then click on the "Services" tab at the top of the page, click on the "Online Statements" button.

A. The email address is needed to send an email notification that your statement is available on G&C Mutual Bank Online Banking.

A. Yes, your eStatement and email notification are independent of one another. If you do not receive your email notification, your eStatement will still be on G&C Mutual Bank Online Banking.

A. No, your eStatement cannot be emailed to you. Email is not a secure way to send your statement.

A. From the date that you sign up, your e-statement will be available every month or quarter. If you need a copy of a statement mailed to you for a specific period, please contact our Service Centre for further assistance at 1300 364 400, or by email at info@gcmutual.bank

A. You can switch back to the paper version of your statement at any time. You can cancel for eStatements by clicking here and following the instructions. Once the form has been filled out in full, return this to your closest Service Centre where our friendly staff are willing to help.

A. No, we can only send your eStatement notification to one email address.

A. No, G&C Mutual Bank eStatements cannot be saved as a text file and imported into Microsoft Word or any other text program. G&C Mutual Bank eStatements can only be saved as PDF files.
