A. There is no charge for G&C Mutual Bank's eStatement service.

A. You can register for eStatements online via Online Banking. Follow the simple steps below to register for eStatements:

  • Log in to Online Banking (if you are not registered for Online Banking, please register for Online Banking).
  • Click the Services tab and click Online Statements.
  • Select eStatement as your preferred delivery preference and enter your email address.
  • Click Apply, which is located in the bottom right-hand corner.

A. To view your eStatement, log in to G&C Mutual Bank Online Banking, then click on the Services tab at the top of the page and click the Online Statements button.

A. Your email address is required so we can notify you by email when your statement is available in G&C Mutual Bank Online Banking.

A. Yes, your eStatement and email notification are independent of one another. If you do not receive your email notification, your eStatement will still be available in G&C Mutual Bank Online Banking.

 

It is your responsibility to keep us updated if your email address changes.

A. Using the Adobe Acrobat Reader toolbar, click the printer icon. You can either print the entire statement or just a particular page.

A. Using the Adobe Acrobat Reader toolbar, click on the diskette icon. You will then be asked where on your computer you would like to save it. Please ensure that you store your eStatements securely.

A. Yes, your statement is stored behind firewalls and is transmitted to your Internet browser using 128-bit encryption.

A. Your eStatement should be available during the first two weeks of the statement cycle.

A. No, your eStatement cannot be emailed to you because email is not a secure way to send your statement.

A. From the date that you register, your eStatement will be available each statement period. If you need a copy of a statement mailed to you for a specific period, please contact us on 1300 364 400 (8.00am - 6.00pm weekdays), or by email at info@gcmutual.bank.

A. If you wish to switch back to receiving paper statements, please contact us. Please note that the paper statement fee will apply.

A. No, for security reasons we can only send your eStatement notification to one email address.

A. No, G&C Mutual Bank eStatements cannot be saved as a text files, or imported into Microsoft Word or any other text program. G&C Mutual Bank eStatements can only be saved as PDF files.
