A. To receive your eStatement, you log onto G&C Mutual Bank Online Banking, then click on the "Services" tab at the top of the page, click on the "Online Statements" button.
A. Yes, your eStatement and email notification are independent of one another. If you do not receive your email notification, your eStatement will still be on G&C Mutual Bank Online Banking.

A. You can switch back to the paper version of your statement at any time. You can cancel for eStatements by clicking here and following the instructions. Once the form has been filled out in full, return this to your closest Service Centre where our friendly staff are willing to help.
A. No, G&C Mutual Bank eStatements cannot be saved as a text file and imported into Microsoft Word or any other text program. G&C Mutual Bank eStatements can only be saved as PDF files.
